Deluxe hotel, the staff were absolutely very good. We booked a double room, it was clean. The location was good - close enough to Park Street. It also was in the middle of jackson.
It was all superb.

During our stay, we had a positive experience with the staff who was extremely helpful and always went the extra mile to cater to our needs. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and local amenities. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which exceeded our expectations, and was a great way to start our day. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also notable, as we found the rooms and common areas to be very well maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located near important places like the visa center and Park Street. the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. Rooms are bright with large windows. the in-room facilities like cupboard, tea/coffee maker, and TV contribute to a comfortable stay.
The bathroom needs improvement, it is small and hygiene is not up to the mark.
